Label Maker

Need a great gift idea for the organized, or even NOT-so-organized person in your life?  Know someone who loves keeping everything in Rubbermaid bins like I do?  Know someone who has three billion file folders that desperately need to be organized?  A teacher who loves a tidy classroom?  A Mommie that's overwhelmed by toys, art supplies and kid paraphernalia?  Someone that has everything and stumps you every year?  This is the gift for them!  Or, perhaps the gift you'll be putting on your list this year. :)

My sister bought me a great label maker (see below) a few years ago when my husband and I moved into our new home. What a great gift!  I have used this darn thing for everything under the sun.  And no, I do not label everything in my home :)  But, it is nice to have for work projects, home projects, filing, art supplies, wedding supplies---you name it!  It was such a great gift that I purchased one for my Mother-In-Law last year for Christmas and she loved it!  Needless to say, we share a love of Rubbermaid bins and keeping our small spaces organized. She says she has used it for so many things and still comments to me on what a great gift it was.  So! I thought I'd share this gift idea that you probably would NEVER have thought of as a great gift idea. But, if you think about it, I bet you can think of about 4 or 5 people on your list who could put this gift to great use!

I own this BROTHER P-Touch (70BM) Label Maker and I LOVE it!  At around $20, it's the least expensive option out there. It's perfect for someone who just needs a little organization in their life and needs an EASY to use label maker that doesn't require a lot of instruction.

I bought this BROTHER P-Touch 1090 as a gift for my Mother-In-Law last year. It has a few more bells and whistles than the one I own, takes a little more time to learn how to use but, like I said, she loves it!  At around $40, it's a great value for all the label making options it has.

DYMO also makes great Label Maker's, and this is the Mother of all them all if I do say so myself!  It rolls in at about $99 but is said to be very easy to use and have more options than you could ever think of in regards to making labels :)  If you know someone who would REALLY love this gift and put it to great use, well, this is definitely the version for you!
