This is not your traditional burger, and not just because it's made with ground turkey. It's got hummus and feta and a quick batch of marinated tomatoes. The flavor just bursts out of this burger, no joke! It's so delish and unique. It was really easy to make as well. Definitely a burger you could whip up on the fly for your family on a Wednesday night. I served it with sweet and spicy sweet potato wedges and it was a healthy and tasty dinner.
