This week has been crazy! My hubby graduated from college and the police academy and the interviews have begun!!! Phew. Then you add in Christmas and parties, a little shopping and family visiting and you've got a recipe for exhaustion. Tough to blog when you're exhausted ;) When I'm exhausted I turn to something warming and comforting to help me wind down from the days activities. I love whipping up a little Mexican Hot Chocolate this time of year, it's delish and makes you feel cozy all over from the very first sip! This week, while you're wrapping gifts, making cookies and watching old Christmas Movies, try this recipe. It's a great alternative to average ol' hot cocoa. Your family will think you're a hot cocoa genius ;)
